Rolling Fatties is a Maine food truck and restaurant specializing in locally sourced food in the form of a big FAT burrito. Based in Kingfield, Maine, Rolling Fatties is a joint effort of husband and wife owners Rob and Polly MacMichael. We collaborate on every part of the business including
restoring and retrofitting the 1974 Airstream Argosy, recipe creation, marketing and design concepts, customer service, scheduling events, and sourcing local ingredients.
