After years of depriving myself of mouth watering goodness, Joe (my fiancรฉ) finally introduced me to the burrito world….and if it wasn’t for you last summer in the streets of Portland, I wouldn’t know what I was missing. He saw your truck and ran your way as I watched him from behind look like a kid who saw an Ice cream truck… he ordered and had it in hand by the time I caught up… We sat together as he ate it.. I kept looking at it and admiring the beauty. Which is when I decided to ask him for a bite.. or 2… or 7. I finished the burrito… and LOVED IT. We are now engaged and hoping you venture out of state to the good ole Massachusetts. If so, we would LOVE for you to cater our rehearsal dinner April 27th, 2018! We haven’t figured out where, or what time, but we know we want you! I look forward to hearing back from you!
